At Merlin Industries we are proud to talk about customer complaints.
As part of our NICIEC membership requirements and to ensure continuing customer quality, we also maintain a customer complaint log. Customer complaints are documented and a follow up action plan produced to ensure any necessary remedial actions are put into practice. The log was started in 1995. To date the log book contains no customer complaints!
That’s something to be proud of.
